Attached at the top of this tall rectangular frame is a see-through contemporary clock face with minimalist hour markings and brushed nickel hands. A charcoal gray pendulum hangs from the clock face where it swings just in front of the falling water. The base includes an electric pump and bottom-mounted lamp that sends lovely rays of light up into the twinkling water. Some assembly required. The indoor/outdoor metal timepiece is powder coated in water-resistant satin black to withstand most weather conditions and can be mounted to a solid surface. An optional base is used indoors. Without the base the clock measures only 12 inches deep. The fact that this clock is designed for outdoors doesn't mean you give up the lovely ornate details of nostalgic clocks; it features beautiful detailing on the crown and beneath the dial. The white dial includes contrasting black Arabic numerals and hands which are covered with a break-resistant tempered flat glass crystal.The Town Square clock is powered both by the sun and batteries.
